Delivery Information

DELIVERY POLICY

Normally the expected local delivery time is within about 3-7 working days (exclude Saturday & public holidays) from the next day you place your order online. For orders direct from overseas, the expected delivery time is within about 14 working days. TPAGES Mall’s team will try their best to meet this estimate but cannot guarantee that such estimate must be met. 

TPAGES Mall insures each order through transit up until it is delivered to you or is collected. You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as an evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order by TPAGES Mall. You also accept the associated transfer of responsibility in the same way. TPAGES Mall provides FREE delivery on all orders above HK$199 (after discounts and vouchers have been applied). TPAGES Mall reserves the right to update its delivery policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Free delivery service is applicable to most areas in Hong Kong, including Tung Chung, Hong Kong Airport, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay.

However, an additional charge will be incurred for remote areas, such as Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau and Lantau Island (Mui Wo, Tai O, Pui O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Chi Ma Wan, Shek Pik and Shek Mun Kap). TPAGES Mall has an excellent delivery track record and all orders are insured. In case of breakage or damage during transit, we will be happy to replace the damaged items of your order. Any damages should be reported within 14 days of receipt. Please be sure to inspect your package for any missing items or damages!

All deliveries require a signature. We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.

 

ADDRESS CHANGES
Please double check your delivery address and notify us if any changes need to be made. Any address changes made after delivery will result in additional charges each time.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. These orders may incur additional shipping charges. Please make sure you agree with all these payments before your order confirmation.

 

DELIVERY CLAIMS
Any damages that occurred during delivery must be reported within 14 days for a proper replacement or credit. In such cases, please notify us immediately at support@tpages-mall.com with your Order Number so we can file a claim.

 

CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us ASAP by e-mail at support@tpages-mall.com or at (852) 6772 3368. Orders that have been delivered out cannot be canceled.

 

ABOUT CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
When ordering from tpages-mall.com, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Hong Kong may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; TPAGES Mall has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

  • Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
  • Countries that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
