A: TPAGES Mall is the first one-stop online platform that offers a full range of travel-related products. 1. What is your delivery lead time?
A: The exact delivery time frame may differ and is subjected to the respective delivery partners. Normally the expected delivery time is within 3-7 working days after you place your order online. For orders direct from overseas, the expected delivery time is within 14 working days.
2. Who will be responsible for the delivery fees?
A: TPAGES Mall provides free delivery on all orders above HK$199 (after discounts and vouchers have been applied). Orders under HK$199 will be subject to a delivery fee of HK$40. Our free delivery service is applicable to most areas in Hong Kong, including Tung Chung, Hong Kong Airport, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay. However, an additional charge will be incurred for remote areas. 3. Do you offer international delivery?
A: At this stage, we only offer delivery in Hong Kong. International delivery will be coming soon!
4. How can I track my order?
A: When your order has been confirmed and is ready for dispatch, our logistic partner will send you a delivery notification SMS alert with a tracking number. Normally you will receive the products within 3 working days upon receipt of the notification. 5. What if I am not present for the delivery?
A: We will make a second delivery attempt. Our delivery provider will try to contact you via telephone and leave you a message if we are unable to reach you at your specified delivery address. Warranty & Repairs
1. How long does the warranty last on products sold in TPAGES Mall?
A: All products come with at least a one-year warranty, except personal care items, such as socks, due to hygienic reasons. Please read our "Terms of Service" for details. You may also contact our customer service hotlines at +852 6772 3368 (phone or Whatsapp) for further assistance.
2. How long does the warranty last on suitcases sold in TPAGES Mall?
A. All suitcases are provided with a 5-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. Please note that only manufacturing flaws are covered. This warranty does not apply if the product has been used improperly or damaged.
Exchange & Refund/Returns
1. May I return the products if the items I ordered have problems/defects?
A: In order to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience, we maintain a 14-day worry-free return policy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange.
Please note that:
- You can return your order within 14 days from the date of product delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn and in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging.
- Due to hygienic reasons, all personal care items such as socks are final sale and will not be accepted for return.
2. Can I exchange any product from your online shop?
A: Yes, you may exchange the same product with different size and/or color within 14 days from your date of purchase. However, exchanges for a different product are not permitted. Please also note that we reserve the rights to withhold any exchanges if your original item is not available in our warehouse.
3. How do I receive a refund for my order?
A: You may request a refund within 14 days from your date of purchase according to our worry-free return policy. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 working days. You will receive an email notification when your refund is processed.

A: In order to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience, we offer a simple, worry free 14-day free return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund.
